Privacy

Your knowledge belongs to you. This page describes the website preview you are using.

What this website stores

The theme selector saves your choice in your browser under brainbox-site-color. It remembers the appearance you selected. Clear this site's browser data to remove it.

Website interactions

The public BrainBox marketing site uses Google Analytics to measure page visits and clicks on setup, booking, and demo links. Google Analytics may store cookies and process device and usage information. Our custom events do not include document content, search text, names, or email addresses. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in our configuration. Analytics is not loaded in localhost previews or the knowledge workspace. Booking clicks do not confirm an enrollment. Feedback and skills examples run in the page; they do not train a model.

The app and your files

The linked app is a separate prototype. A local AI setup's data handling depends on its configured model, runtime, and connections. Review those settings before using private documents. The website animation does not process your files.

Setup companion

The setup companion provides built-in guidance from our documentation. Questions remain in your browser session and are not sent to an AI model service. It does not inspect your computer or run commands.

Setup requests

If you contact us, we store your name, email, setup interest, and message on AIsoft’s server so we can respond. Please do not include confidential documents or sensitive personal information. Our planned email notification service is FormSubmit; notification activation is pending. Your request is saved on AIsoft’s server regardless of email notification availability. Contact hello@aisoft.us to request deletion. Contact details and message contents are not sent to Google Analytics.

Hosting

This public website is hosted on AISOFT’s web server. The server may record standard access information such as IP address, requested page, and request time for operation and troubleshooting.

Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. Google Analytics uses cookies. It does not receive any data you keep in BrainBox.
